An organisation built
on family values
About Us
MSJ Australia is an organisation built on family values driven with a passion to care and support people with disabilities and young persons within Child Protection Services. We provide NDIS support services across the Northern Territory with participants from Darwin, Palmerston and remote communities such as Jabiru, Gunbalanya, Wadeye, Tiwi Islands and Maningrida.
We have expanded into Regional QLD and now deliver services in Townsville with the aim to be operating from Cairns and other regional Nth QLD locations in the very near future.
There is a high demand for quality, culturally appropriate services within the NT, QLD and many other states across Australia. We strongly believe MSJ can make a difference to the lives of the NDIS participants and young persons in our care and we aim to achieve that with the help and support of families, government agencies, local communities, allied health providers and other care providers working towards a common goal.
Our aim is to personalise the experience of those who seek help and support. We believe that we can achieve this by prioritising the needs and goals of our participants and young persons to support them in their endeavours to live their best life.
Our services are designed to support your needs and include:
Community access
In-home support
Domestic assistance
Coaching & mentorship
Induction & training
Our Mission
Above all we listen, so we can help.
Our aim is to go above and beyond by offering care and not just a service. We aim to engage fully with family and individual communities – to exceed the basic expectations and work towards providing personalised therapeutic interventions for every person we support. We endeavour to understand the individual needs of each person and respond sensitively with services that are trauma informed and designed to help our participants and young person’s thrive.
By working to include our participant’s and young person’s direct and local community, engaging family and kinship connections and working closely with relevant stakeholder, we ensure that we are providing the best possible care which enables these individuals to live in a safe, supportive environment where their personal aspirations are achievable.
Recognising these achievements or milestones and ensuring that each individual’s self-worth is celebrated along the way, we hope to empower our participants and young persons to acknowledge and understand that they are valuable members of the community and have much to offer.
